3. Drink Two Cups of Water before you Eat a Meal
A study revealed that drinking two full cups of water a half hour before eating lunch or dinner caused moderate weight loss after 10 weeks. Drinking water before eating lunch and dinner, after you wake up, is the best and most simple thing you can do to improve your health.
4. Drink Green Tea
This is an easy hack one can follow to replace all the sugar laden beverages with fat burning green tea. Green Tea provides our body with all the much needed antioxidants.
5. Find a way to Work out
If you don’t have a time to exercise then find a ways to workout in your daily routine of work. Stop using elevator and start taking stairs. It takes a short amount of time per day to stay healthy and fit. So being busy is not an excuse any more
