It is to be said that, WHAT YOU EAT YOU BECOME..!

 

So For that -

Ø You need to switch your entire eating lifestyle.

Ø Being healthy is not only physically but also internally, i.e. Inner peace.

Ø Healthy Lifestyle means keeping ourselves always in good positive vibes and it is possible by only having Healthy Food habits.

Ø First, you need to prepare your mind for a Healthy Lifestyle structure.

Ø Healthy Lifestyle starts with you in your mind.

Ø You need to set Diet Plan and follow that accordingly.

Ø For being Healthy you must be Healthy physically and Mentally.

 

 

For Being Mentally Healthy –

Ø You should always keep yourself in Positive surroundings.

Ø Your mind always needs to be peaceful and filled with positive thoughts.

Ø Being in a good environment keeps you healthy.

Ø Your Circle defines you the most.

Ø You become the person, with whom you used to be stay.

Ø You should always keep yourself energetic.

 

 

                                                   

For Being Physically Healthy –

 

Ø You have to plan a proper diet that will boost your body.

Ø Healthy Lifestyles start with you always.

Ø Having proper healthy food builds you for better.

Ø For any valuable results you need to set a proper plan and follow accordingly.

Ø In Diet plan, you must include the proper amount of necessary contains i.e. Protein, Carbohydrates, Calcium, and Fibres, etc.

Ø Following the proper plan you can achieve effective results.

Ø You must drink water 2 to 3 liter on a daily basis.

 

 

Following are some Diet Structure for Daily routine:

 

1.     Early Morning (7 pm to 8 pm) :

 

§  Drink 2 cups of lukewarm water before brushing.

 

2.     Morning Breakfast (8 pm to 9 pm) :

 

 

§  Have one bowl of oats.

              OR

§  Brown Bread slice with peanut butter.

              OR

§  Open paneer Brown Sandwich with mint chutney.

                    OR

§  2 Idlis with sambhar.

 

 

3.     Mid-Morning (11 to 12) :

 

§  4 walnuts and 2 dates/ Fruit of your choice.

 

 

4.     Lunch (1pm to 2pm) :

 

§  2 Multigrain roti + veg + pickle  + papad + curd +

              OR

§  Brown rice + Dal + papad + pickle + Raita

 

 

5.     Evening Snack (5 pm to 6 pm) :

 

§  1 fruit of your choice + 1 cup green tea

            OR

§  1 cup spiced boiled corn or 1 corn of the cob + 1 cup coffee.

 

 

6.     Dinner (8pm to 9pm) :

 

§  1 veg paratha + 1 bowl soup + salad.

 

Exercise:

 

Ø It is always to be said that Diet is all about 70% Exercise and 30% Diet.

Ø Everyone must do daily Exercise about 30 to 45 minutes.

Ø Basic exercise is a must.

Ø You can also do Suryanamaskar on daily basis in the earning morning.

Ø If you are not able to do exercise because of some reason then you can at least walk for 45 minutes to 1 hour.

 

All the above points are necessary to become a Healthy for Lifetime.
